| Becoming a customer:
As required by the state of Florida, you are required to
provide us with up to date copy of your resale license otherwise we cannot sell
your company any merchandise.
Also, you are required to provide us with a copy of your
up to date tobacco license in order to purchase tobacco products from us.
You are, also required to provide us with an update copy
of each of the resale and tobacco license at the beginning of every year to keep
your account active

Online Customers:
In order to become online customer, you must fill up online application and be active customer with valid resale and tobacco licenses.
Your online application will be subject to approval from the wholesale management. You will not be granted access to the site until the management approves your application.
After the approval of the management to your application, you will have the privileges of viewing our category of items and then view the list inside them. You also will have the privileges of adding items to your cart, viewing current items inside the cart, edit cart contents, place your order.
Your cart items will stay inside the cart until you submit your order.
This feature give you the benefit of adding item to cart and saves them until you complete your order choice, maybe in a different day.

Refunds & Exchanges:
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for sold items. |

Paying for Purchases:
All sold product must be paid at the time of delivery. COD only. |

Priced Merchandise:
Our prices are subject to change without previous notice.
Online orders prices are as accurate as possible, but in case of discrepancy between the online prices and store prices, then store price will be the actual sale price no exceptions will be made |

Delivery Details:
Adel wholesale offers complementary free delivery service to the areas listed on our distribution page with minimum purchase of $ 300.
We don't deliver via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other delivery service providers. If we accept to deliver in such a methods, a delivery charge will be added to the order total. No Exceptions. |

Phone Cards Policy:
All sales are final for all pre-paid phone cards, cellular airtime minutes, and cell phones. there will be no refund or exchange for any of these items regardless of the reason.
Adel Wholesale is not responsible for any pre-paid phone cards sold if the compnay went out of business. We will not return such cards at any circumstances. |
